The basics

Paige is a small app for keeping track of feeds, nappies and the early weeks, just for your household. By using it, you’re agreeing to these terms. We’ve kept them short and tried to write them like a person.

Who we are

Paige is made by FSCharter Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, run by one tired parent. If you need to reach a real human about any of this, email [email protected].

Pay what you can

Everything works from day one, with nothing held back. If Paige helps and you’d like to chip in what it’s worth to you, that’s genuinely appreciated and it keeps us going. If that’s nothing right now, that’s completely fine. There’s no trial running out and nothing to cancel.

Payments and refunds

If you do chip in, the payment is handled by Paddle. Paddle is our reseller and merchant of record, so they run the checkout, take the payment, and send your receipt. Your card details go to Paddle, not to us. If you change your mind, you can ask for a refund within 14 days. Our refund policy has the details. Nothing in Paige is locked behind paying, so there’s no subscription and nothing to cancel.

Your content is yours

What you log belongs to you and your household. It’s end-to-end encrypted, so we can’t read it. We don’t claim any ownership of it, and we won’t use it for anything other than running the app for you.

Your recovery words and access

Your recovery words are how you get into your household. Please keep them safe. Because of how the encryption works, we can’t recover them for you and we can’t get into your data on your behalf. If they’re lost, the data they protect can’t be recovered.

A few sensible limits

• Paige is a helpful record, not medical advice. If you’re worried about your baby, talk to a health professional.
• Please use Paige for its purpose: keeping track within your own household.
• Don’t try to break, abuse, or overload the service.

Availability and liability

We work to keep Paige running and your data safe, but we can’t promise it will be perfect or available every second. The app keeps working offline and syncs when it can, which helps. We’re providing Paige as it is, and to the extent the law allows, we can’t be liable for indirect or unexpected losses from using it. None of this takes away the rights you have as a consumer, and nothing here limits liability for things the law won’t let us limit.

Governing law

These terms follow the law of England and Wales. If something goes wrong that we can’t sort out over email, the courts of England and Wales can settle it. If you’re a consumer somewhere else, your local law may still let you bring things to your own courts.

If these terms change

If we update these terms, we’ll change the date at the top.
