Refund policy
Paige is free, and anything you chip in is voluntary. If you’d like it back, here’s how that works.
Pay what you can
Everything in Paige works from day one. If it’s helping and you’d like to chip in what it’s worth to you, that’s genuinely appreciated and it keeps us going. Anything you pay is a voluntary contribution.
If you change your mind
If you’ve chipped in and you’d like it back, just email us within 14 days of paying and we’ll refund it in full. You don’t need to explain why.
If something went wrong
Charged twice, paid by accident, or something doesn’t look right? Tell us and we’ll sort it out and refund you, whenever it happened.
How payments are handled
Our payments are handled by Paddle. When we refund you, it goes back to the card or account you paid with. Depending on your bank, it can take a few days to show up.
How to ask for a refund
Email [email protected] from the address you used, or tell us roughly when you paid, and we’ll take care of it. A real person reads it.
If this policy changes
If we update this policy, we’ll change the date at the top.
